Residents are welcome to attend Council meetings, which are normally held on the second Monday of each month at 7.15pm in Room U17, Wolfreton Upper School, South Ella Way, Kirk Ella. Residents may address the council at meetings but must notify the Clerk seven days prior to the meeting. Planning meetings commence at 6.45pm prior to Council meetings. No meeting is held in August and any falling on a Bank Holiday are re-arranged.

Approved Minutes and Agendas are posted on-line, and on notice boards located outside St. Andrew's Church, Kirk Ella and outside the Memorial Hall, Beverley Road, Kirk Ella. Agendas are usually available 5 days before meetings (underlined in blue when available on-line).
